Des Hillary / Mike Budd / Ryan Budd

BUDDPower was developed by Des Hillary, a Historic Single Seater driver and Mike Budd, race preparation and technical guru. Des has been involved in Historic Formula Fords for many years and has a passion for restoring and developing these vehicles. He has a continual drive to ensure that his racing cars have the best performing engines and are well maintained. Des currently owns a 1974 DULON MK15B and a rare 1970 ALEXIS MK18 driven by his son Shaun.

Mike Budd has been involved in motor racing for more than 30 years. Coming from an engineering background, his passion has always been racing engines. Mike has also been preparing racing cars for the last 20 years with a number of successes under his belt in various classes.
